Changes in algorithm
Google changes the search algorithm most of the time. Search engine optimizers have to learn the changes in algo so that they can maintain ranking well in their keywords.
As for me, the changes in algo is good for everybody. All of us end up guessing most of the time in optimizing. Hopefully I can find the way up as it is not stable.
