Home video has taken a lot of steps in development. I am now looking at Blu-ray players, which provides high definition quality – a step towards improving the quality of video offered by DVDs on huge screen televisions. Right now, I could just stare in awe at having one of these players – I am optimistic that the price will be down soon.
I do not think life gets better with each new technology being introduced in the market. Each new technology introduces adverse effects to the environment – the degradation of nature is often the result. I think we should also learn to use technology in a way that it will maintain and improve nature too –there should be a balance on both.
Whether we like it or not, I believe the technology is here to stay despite the opposition that some people would strongly assert. I am really against the negative effects that technology can bring to the world, but I am all for the positive results that technology is designed for.
